冷纪元

早年经历

冷纪元出生在山东省淄博市的一个军人家庭里，他从小在父亲驻守的军队和军属的边关海岛上长大。冷纪元从小就展现出对艺术的热爱，他不仅学习了单簧管、口琴、钢琴等乐器，而且还会打篮球。2005年，冷纪元被北京舞蹈学院附中特招录取，在校期间他不仅接受了专业的舞蹈训练，而且还学会了三丰太极拳和太极剑。2010年，冷纪元顺利考入中央戏剧学院表演系本科，开始学习专业的表演课程。2013年，开始在北京人民艺术剧院实践和学习，并成为了一名话剧演员 。 冷纪元

演艺经历

2014年，出演唐烨执导的话剧《枪声》，在剧中饰演哈里 ；

同年，在话剧《从前那座山》中饰演钱盼盼的丈夫钱满满 。

2015年，出演唐烨执导的话剧《故园》，在剧中饰演江作曲江教授；同年，出演赵剑桥执导的话剧《乐不思蜀》。

2016年，出演高亚麟、赵牛执导的都市情景喜剧《饮食男女》，在剧中饰演医生付大鹏，这是他的首部电视剧作品，从而正式进入演艺圈；随后，出演唐烨执导的话剧《鱼眼》，在剧中饰演离异商人聂远航 ；同年，与白举纲、宁桓宇等一同参加云南卫视90后环球旅游真人秀节目《出发吧我们第二季》的录制，而这也是他首次参与真人秀节目的录制 ；同年12月，出演康峰执导的悬疑电影《万圣节离奇夜》，这是他的首部电影作品 。

2017年1月，参加在北京举行的“电影人春节联欢晚会” 。

2018年，主演电视剧《卧底警花》。

2019年，在《全职高手》中饰演肖时钦。

社会活动

2016年5月27日，参加在北京市天康戒毒所举行的“第六届北京市司法行政日”活动，并被聘为“戒毒宣传大使” 。

人物评价

冷纪元在话剧《鱼眼》中的表演得到了观众的认可，他在人物性格的掌控以及心理节奏的把握都十分到位，他对人物角色有着自己独特的想法和理解 ；冷纪元用一连串层次分明的表演将这个单身父亲演绎得入木三分 。冷纪元多才多艺，他还在《出发吧我们第二季》节目中，展现了其暖男的一面（网易评） 。

冷纪元有着帅气干净的外表（腾讯评） 。冷纪元在话剧《枪声》中的表演非常到位，并给该剧带来了年轻人的朝气和质朴，也使得该剧在深刻的主题下不乏浪漫、唯美的色彩（《北京晨报》评） 。
