第28集:善军与厂长起冲突家梅经商被工商局罚款

厂长无视李善军反对，执意裁掉一些员工。李善军不愿意为厂长做恶狗遣散员工，他与厂长在办公室理论，两人话不投机产生了激烈的争吵。李善军完全不担心被厂长辞退，在争吵过程中昂首挺胸声音洪亮，把厂长骂得狗头淋血。

李父得知李善军与厂长吵架，心中生起深深的担忧，李善军只是小小的车间主任，他要是得罪了厂长，以后的日子就难过了，严重的可能会丢掉来之不易的工作。李善军身为下属，就算上级有错误，也不能公然与上级顶嘴。

李善军因为无法保护被裁掉的员工，心情失落喝了一些酒，晚上四处游荡，没有立即回家。

李家梅夫妻晚上上床睡觉，两人听到院子里面传来一阵异响，夫妻两人猜测院内进了小偷，两人蹑手蹑脚下床来到院外。

漆黑的夜色隐约出现了一个身影，李家梅上前欲教训“小偷”，结果发现“小偷”是弟弟李善军。幸好李家梅留了一个心眼，不然李善军就要被打伤了。

李善军再次找厂长理论，他坚决反对厂长无端裁掉工厂的一些员工，所有员工都在工厂工作多年，如果丢掉了工作，后果将会难以估量。厂长一意孤行，不把李善军的劝告放在心上，李善军怒气冲天劈头盖脸骂了厂长一顿，事到如今，他依然不担心因为与厂长起争执被辞退。与其做缩头乌龟不敢维护员工们的权益，倒不如帮助员工们做出头鸟与厂长翻脸。就算被革除职务，他至少问心无愧。

李善军与厂长的矛盾还未缓解，他的大姐李家梅经营的音像店被工商局查处。李家梅的丈夫小丁图便宜进了一批盗版音像制品，不但被工商局收缴了盗版音像制品，还被罚了一笔钱。

音像店陷入到了经济危机，难以维持下去。李家梅情急之下找妹妹李家琴借钱。李家琴的处境不比李家梅好多少，自从大海坐牢之后，她独自一人辛苦抚养儿子，多年以来过着简朴的日子。
