第5集:一萍为俊杰签下认罪书志鹏为徐丽日日沉沦

志鹏和李检察官在餐厅中讨论案情，认为虽然嫌疑人还没有认罪，但是证据确凿、无可抵赖，而现在的问题就是尸检报告还没有完成，按程序不能进行审判。志鹏对这个无故修改实践报告的法医很是怀疑，让李检查官来到警察署引荐一下，虽然俊杰多次想婉言拒绝，但迫于董家的势力只好屈从。来到董家后，俊杰再次遇到了摔倒的申岚(郑逸桐 饰)(郑亦桐 饰)，申岚想起在日本料理店出糗时见过俊杰，警告俊杰就当没见过自己。见到志鹏后，志鹏刚想询问俊杰关于徐丽案件的尸检报告的事情，申岚走进房间想要了解志鹏在干什么，正好听到俊杰在疑惑志鹏和徐丽的关系，申岚故意说出徐丽肚子里的孩子就是志鹏的种，志鹏就要求俊杰快点破案。

志鹏和朋友出来喝酒，朋友以为徐丽是因为钱把志鹏甩了而口出狂言，生气的志鹏把酒泼了对方一脸，两个人还因此打了起来，不欢而散。回到家后，志敏替志鹏上药，心疼哥哥怕疼还打架。但是董父早已得知了两位少爷在会所打架的事情，这位徐少爷也是董家的合作伙伴，看着儿子接二连三地犯错误，董父很不高兴，决定订婚之前不许志鹏从家里拿一分钱，以视惩罚。

刘队长(李昂 饰)再次审讯一萍，提到因为尸检报告迟迟没有送来，崔医生被上面的领导责怪的事情，一萍听到连累到了俊杰，就心软签下了认罪书，希望俊杰不用再为此担惊受怕。志鹏来到自家的银行取钱，却遭到了拒绝，发现自己的账户被父亲冻结了。

俊杰的父母崔父崔母又在家因为钱的问题吵嘴，突然外面来了几个收高利贷的黑道，还带着日本人在崔家的米店闹事。崔母赶紧打电话给俊杰，让他来解决。怕事的俊杰答应第二天把钱送过去，崔母对俊杰的软弱很是不满。崔父在一旁劝俊杰不要生崔母的气，埋怨自己没本事，不能给老婆孩子带来幸福的生活，让俊杰一定要出人头地，结婚后好好对待一萍。回到警局之后，刘队长着急忙慌地问俊杰要尸检报告，说嫌疑人已经认罪招供了。

看着家中日渐老去的父亲，一萍担心不已。担心父亲接受不了自己坐牢的事情，就欺骗父亲说她和俊杰打算出国旅行结婚，还缠着父亲陪自己去看戏。思念徐丽的志鹏来到徐丽的家门口，怀念两个人度过的美好时光，还以徐丽朋友的身份进门祭拜了徐丽的牌位，徐丽哥哥立即猜测到志鹏就是那个欺负了自己妹妹的负心汉，立刻让他滚出徐家。伤心的志鹏回到家中，看到父亲在开董事会，进去便口无遮拦地乱说话，并质问父亲为什么要冻结自己的卡，还怀疑徐丽出事也与父亲有关……
