松泽费劲辛苦要来两个去新京学习的名额来考验警察厅对他的忠诚度。面对和关海丹同行引来松泽的嫉妒的风险，原本学习晋升的机会变成了烫手山芋。白冷晨，叶隼，蔡博渊几个科长面面相觑谁也不愿意出头，只有许从良假意向金三普推荐白冷晨，背地里却指使叶隼劝说众人把这个烫手山芋推给自己。不明就里的三位科长一致推选许从良去新京学习，正中他的下怀，刚刚甩开了松泽和白冷晨却被许从良死缠烂打，关海丹自然是一百个不愿意。面对关海丹的埋怨，许从良毫不在意。四下无人之处，他约来林森和关海丹告知二人他对李杨氏的调查中发现的种种疑点。众人不禁惊出一身冷汗，李杨氏身上神秘的香水味道引起了许从良的警觉，原来李杨氏很有可能是日军派来甄别剃刀身份的特工。李杨氏渐渐露出马脚，她作为宪兵队岛本大佐的亲信的身份也被林森一行人识破，众人开始策划如何除掉日本间谍。许从良担心关海丹的安危处处跟踪保护，而宪兵队也将关海丹锁定为了剃刀最大的嫌疑人，布下了天罗地网，越来越多的秘密特务出现在了关海丹的身后暗中伺机而动。
