第6集:林正刚暗箱操作企图跑路最终被抓难逃制裁

丁剑的出事让肖奇紧张不安，肖奇准备和林正刚一起去国外，但是林正刚担心自己和肖奇一起走会引起检查院的注意，骗肖奇自己先走。检察院人员掌握到肖奇与林正刚贪污案的关联，决定对肖奇实施抓捕，并在路上拦截了肖奇，将其带回去审讯。

吴芳秘密将私下交易的银行账户的钱转走，并准备和林正刚一起离开，不料被妈妈发现，两人难过话别。检察院人员将银行账户的钱被转走和林正刚与吴芳私会的证据交给肖奇，肖奇因为受到欺骗感到气愤难过不已。

林正刚出院回家，吴芳半夜给林正刚打电话，林正刚担心吴芳身体准备去看她，却不料被姚静发现，姚静表示自己绝不会离婚，林正刚休想离开自己。林正刚去看吴芳，姚静接到电话得知林正刚准备和吴芳一起离开，终于明白林正刚对她只有欺骗没有爱。林正刚到酒店看望完吴芳，然后假装无事回到家里，欺骗姚静去单位打探情况，姚静深知这不过是他要离开的谎言，却宁愿自欺欺人相信林正刚不会离开自己。路上林正刚接到姚静电话，检察院已经得知他去机场的消息，林正刚只好让吴芳先回宾馆再行安排。

检察院人员审问姚静，姚静表示自己并不清楚林正刚在哪里，但是肯定他一定会回来。检察院通过肖奇交代的情况掌握了林正刚贪污受贿的犯罪证据，决定逮捕林正刚和吴芳。林正刚接吴芳一起逃跑，二人来到郊外的钢铁厂，不料姚静带着检查院人员找到他们。走投无路之际，林正刚持枪假意绑架吴芳，威胁警方企图逃跑，不幸的是吴芳受到惊吓流产，两人被警方抓获。吴芳回到医院，及时得到抢救，但是再也无法生育。

林正刚、丁剑、吴芳、肖奇等人为了金钱，不惜以国家和人民的利益为筹码，以身试法，最终不仅失去了原本美好的生活和前途，也难逃法律的制裁。
