苏守义和警察已经包围了天津站，齐老师发现自己被发现后用忍术逃走，苏守义猜出他就是齐火龙，齐火龙感觉玉玺在身上很不安全，他要找一个安全的地方藏起来，随后去了日本的一家银行代为保管。齐火龙将字条和钥匙准备伺机留给同志，当他在告示栏贴上字条时被苏守义抓获，画像上的人和他一模一样，齐火龙早就做好杀身成仁的准备，他倒在地上时趁机将钥匙吞在口中。

夏婉欣在一旁看到苏守义将齐火龙带走并揭下联络纸条，回去后苏守义对齐火龙严刑拷打，他清楚联系方法藏在诗中。陆常有清楚那些辫子军的辫子都是沾上去的，他猜出这次进京肯定有大事。齐炎龙面对刑罚没有招供，白局长感觉盘龙玉玺只不过是个器物，他让苏守义不要太过纠结。

夏婉欣将劫囚的事情说出，胡常有反对他的做法，她坚持要救齐老师出来。索牛突然出现从后面袭击夏婉欣，胡常有让他将她放开，还答应帮她并让索牛不要将此事说给任何人。白局长将陆常有叫到屋里，他对他十分看好并派他去樱桃沟，他不想让齐火龙的同党让辫子军擒拿。夏婉欣感觉事情没那么简单，她兵分两路，见到陆常有后他清楚了革命党的武器配备，陆常有将计划说出。
